Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking a Data Center Foreman to oversee daily operations within our Tulsa data center, ensuring that infrastructure and networking installations, maintenance, and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

You will supervise onsite technical teams, coordinate scheduling and workflows, and liaison with project managers to deliver high-quality results while adhering to budgets and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, cooling, and network systems.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage technical teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data center safety and uptime.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily field operations within budgets.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflows for crew.
• Inspect equipment and installations for quality and safety.
• Prepare and submit daily reports (time cards, production, redlines).
• Identify scope changes and report to Project Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain zero-incident safety culture through training and compliance.
• Maintain paperwork as needed.
