MP NEXLEVEL LLC seeks a Data Center Foreman to oversee daily operations in our facility. You will supervise onsite technical teams, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient installation, maintenance, and repairs of critical infrastructure and network systems.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of electrical and cooling systems, and a commitment to uptime. You will liaise with project managers to deliver high-quality results and enforce strict safety protocols on site.

• Proven experience in a data center or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, cooling, and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities within the data center facility.
• Supervise onsite technical teams and coordinate scheduling/workflows.
• Inspect equipment and installations; resolve onsite issues.
• Enforce safety and compliance protocols; maintain zero-incident culture.
• Complete daily reports (crew time cards, production, redlines) on time.
• Identify and report scope changes to Project Supervisor/Manager.
