Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Data Center Foreman to oversee daily operations of the facility’s infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, cooling, and network systems.

You will supervise onsite technical teams, coordinate schedules, and liaise with project managers to deliver high-quality results while upholding a zero-incident safety culture. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data center or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, cooling, and network systems.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage technical teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data center safety and uptime.
• Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities within the facility and ensure safe, efficient completion of infra and networking tasks.
• Supervise onsite technical teams, coordinate scheduling and workflows, and liaise with project managers.
• Inspect equipment and installations and resolve onsite issues while enforcing safety protocols.
• Provide hands‑on guidance for critical infrastructure and network tasks and ensure zero-incident safety culture.
