Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Land Development Manager to coordinate across internal teams for end-to-end datacenter development. You will drive portfolio data management, analytics, reporting, and operational support in a fast-growing real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities include maintaining data across systems, developing dashboards, and translating insights for leadership. Strong Excel and BI tool experience, including Power BI, Dataverse, and SQL, is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics or data management.
• Proven ability to manage databases and ensure data quality.
• Experience reconciling data across multiple systems.
• Strong storytelling to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Experience with real estate or land development data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across land development teams to streamline delivery.
• Maintain portfolio data across databases and reporting tools.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and portfolio views for status and risks.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Prepare data-driven narratives for leadership reviews.
• Support portfolio reviews and planning activities.
• Help implement data governance standards and scalable workflows.
