Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the Kitting C Shift (Mon–Thu, 8 PM–6:30 AM). You will oversee loading/unloading, verify part accuracy, manage daily inventory counts, and supervise server rack installation and cabling.

Strong customer service and safety knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, performing quality checks, and ensuring 5S and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for on-site interaction.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities for decision-making.
• Experience with computers is required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Must pass background checks and related tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of freight to/from vehicles and containers, with shipping documentation.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee placement of server racks using laser measuring devices with high accuracy.
• Install rack hardware and cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain 5S standards.
• Support and manage material orders, customer service, and inventory requests.
