Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for Kitting on a D-Shift (Thu-Fri 6:00am-2:30PM; Sat-Sun 6:00AM-6:30PM) at the New Albany datacenter. This role oversees material orders, customer service, and inventory management while assembling and installing servers and components using hand and power tools.

You will perform daily cycle counts, manage shipments, and ensure 5S safety standards. 3–5 years of related experience is required, with focus on precision and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts.
• Install server racks and cabling according to diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
