Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead - Kitting for the D-Shift in New Albany, Indiana. You will assemble and install servers and electronic components, manage inventories and shipping documentation, and support cross-functional datacenter operations.

You will oversee material handling, run daily cycle counts, perform quality checks, and ensure safety and 5S standards while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in datacenter or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in inventory control, safety procedures and quality checks.
• Experience with warehouse tools and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading and handling of inbound/outbound freight.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment.
• Manage server rack installation and cabling per diagrams.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure safety standards.
