Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead - Kitting for the A-Shift (M-F 6:00am-2:30PM) at the New Albany, OH datacenter. You will oversee material orders, customer service, and inventory management, and assemble/install servers and components using hand/power tools.

Strong attention to detail and cross-training across departments are required. The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with live electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight, verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee placement of server racks and install cabling according to diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
