Job summary

Fluidstack is rapidly expanding its frontier compute infrastructure, seeking engineers who can own end‑to‑end workflows from telemetry to maintenance. You will ship features for fleet health, automate repairs, and validate hardware at scale, working across software and hardware domains.

This role emphasizes autonomy, speed, and practical problem solving. You will join a team that designs and runs data centers and continuous delivery pipelines to accelerate AI; expect high impact, rapid

Qualifications

Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
Experience building features on large AI/ML infrastructure and APIs.
Comfort working with on-call rotations and fast-paced delivery.

Responsibilities

Build fleet health system with real-time telemetry and alarms across Kubernetes and bare metal.
Turn repair and RMA into tracked workflows from failure detection to service return.
Ship hardware qualification as software with burn-in and validation workflows.
Run the facility and fleet management system, owning asset models and maintenance.
Turn runbooks into checked procedures and dashboards for operators and customers.
