Job summary

Fluidstack, a leading data center and frontier compute company, seeks an on-site network and cabling specialist to own Tier 3 escalation for AI infrastructure. You will diagnose physical-layer faults, validate repairs, and coordinate with Network Operations to keep customer workloads running at scale.

You will manage structured cabling and fiber infrastructure, read device diagnostics, and document actions rigorously.

Qualifications

• On-site data center networking experience.
• Deep knowledge of structured cabling and fiber.
• Strong TCP/IP, switching and optics fundamentals.
• Document incidents clearly for hand-off.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Tier 3 escalation for network and cabling.
• Diagnose physical-layer faults and verify repairs.
• Collaborate with Network Operations on investigations.
• Own cabling and fiber infrastructure; confirm connectivity restored.
• Escalate out-of-scope issues with clear docs.
