Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a site operations leader to run 24/7 critical infrastructure at a key data center site in the United States. You will manage electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire safety, and building controls while ensuring high availability against customer SLAs.

You will build and lead a technical team, own safety programs (LOTO, electrical safety), and drive incident response, change management, and RCA processes to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 24/7 critical facility operations with contractual availability.
• Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure and coordination with technicians.
• Proven track record in high-volume repair or break-fix operations and RCA.
• Experience building and developing technical teams through hiring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7/365 operation of all critical infrastructure at the site (electrical distribution, mechanical & cooling, fire/life safety, building controls).
• Own site safety in partnership with HSE, including hazardous energy control and LOTO discipline.
• Build and lead the full site team, coordinating operators, technicians, and contractors.
• Manage repair operations, triage queues, and drive time-to-repair with strong ticket discipline.
• Lead incident and change management, perform root cause analyses, deliver corrective actions.
• Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams during live builds for readiness and handover.
