Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Data Center Inventory Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy and transactional integrity across the Data Center logistics network. You will work with SAP, PowerBI, and Excel-based reporting to resolve discrepancies and improve control processes.

In this role you will partner with Data Center operations, warehouse service providers, IT, and cross-functional teams to investigate issues, conduct cycle counts, and support audits while maintaining in-transit

Qualifications

• Associate degree
• 2+ years Excel and SAP experience
• 2+ years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or inventory-control

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data-exchange, order processing, inventory-update errors between WMS and SAP
• Investigate inventory discrepancies via transactions, shipping docs, and physical counts
• Support audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations of Data Center inventory
• Reconcile in-transit inventory and reduce aging and unresolved records
• Maintain dashboards and reports for inventory accuracy and in-transit aging
• Collaborate with Data Center, transportation, warehouse, and IT teams to drive corrective actions
