Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Capacity and Inventory Analyst to drive data-driven decisions for its Data Center Intelligence program. You will manage space and power inventories, standardize drawings, and produce dashboards for leadership.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales Engineering, and Operations to provide actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Coursework in Engineering is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage space and power inventory records using inventory management software.
• Maintain floor plans and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and analyze capacity and inventory dashboard reports for multiple teams.
• Identify highly utilized equipment and support mitigation tasks.
• Collaborate to implement process improvements and optimize data delivery.
• Present analysis results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
