Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Data Center Capacity Analyst to help advance the Data Center Intelligence program by analyzing space and power inventory, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Product, Sales Engineering, and General Management to deliver insights, automate processes, and improve data accuracy.

A finance or business operations background, plus experience with AutoCAD/Revit and data visualization tools, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Coursework in Engineering is a plus.
• 3-5 Years of prior relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage space and power inventory records using inventory management software.
• Maintain floor planning drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and analyze capacity and inventory dashboard reports for Product, Sales Engineering, and General Management teams.
• Identify highly utilized electrical equipment, conduct research mitigation strategies and support cross functional team in mitigation tasks.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to establish and monitor performance against operational objectives.
• Methodically implement business process improvements to enhance data accuracy and speed of information delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization by analyzing data and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Present analysis results and research findings to cross-functional teams, including actionable insights to drive organizational improvements.
