Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Capacity and Inventory Analyst in Reston to drive data-driven insights for space and power inventory across our data centers. You will work with Product, Sales Engineering, and General Management to identify improvement opportunities and automate processes to increase data accuracy and speed of delivery.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication of findings to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience required.
• Coursework in Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage space and power inventory records using inventory management software.
• Maintain floor planning drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and analyze capacity and inventory dashboard reports for multiple teams.
• Identify highly utilized equipment and support mitigation tasks across teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor operational objectives and implement process improvements.
