CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This 100% onsite role at a data center focuses on recording and tracking onsite assets, managing logistics, audits, and ensuring efficient utilization within the region.

You will work with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to maintain accurate records, use inventory software, and travel as needed. The position requires lifting heavy objects and work authorization without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Comfortable in a data center environment and able to lift heavy objects.
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking: Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and IT assets within the data center region.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping/receiving of IT materials and storage/distribution.
• Audits: Conduct audits and update inventory records as needed.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with operations to allocate resources efficiently.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records and provide regular reports to management.
• Technology Skills: Use inventory management software to maintain records.
• Communication: Coordinate with Operations, IT, Procurement and Finance.
• Problem Solving: Resolve discrepancies and prevent inventory issues.
• Travel: Travel to support inventory management at various locations.
