Job summary

Zenlayer Inc. is seeking Internet Data Center (IDC) Engineers/Technicians for its Downtown Los Angeles data center. The role requires physical strength and flexibility to cover full IDC service.

You will work with servers, network hardware, and DCIM tools, perform cabling, installation, and MACs, and maintain safe operations. Mandarin fluency is a plus, with on-site rotation and travel as needed. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

May require physical strength for data center tasks.
Experience with servers, networking hardware, and OS basics.
Preferred Bachelor's degree.
Willingness to travel 20%+.

Responsibilities

Install and configure servers, routers, switches per work orders.
Perform cabling, labeling, racking, powering and testing.
Maintain safety and data protection compliance.
Provide asset management, logs, inventory checks.
Offer on-site smart-hands support within SLA.
Report data center performance and capacity.
Coordinate equipment receiving, shipping, and RMA.
On-call duties and occasional site travel.
