Zenlayer Inc. is seeking a Data Center Site Selection Manager to support our AI expansion by sourcing potential data center locations and monitoring key market indicators.

In this role you will travel to prospective sites, evaluate feasibility, and develop acquisition strategies considering power, scale, cost, tax and risk. You will work with the Legal team on lease negotiations and maintain relationships with brokers and utilities to drive expansion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically with data center site selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with key stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel as a large portion of work
• Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with internal and external teams.
• Strong time and project management skills to manage acquisition processes

We are looking for a Data Center Site Selection Manager to join our team! The Data Center Site Selection Manager will be supporting Zenlayer's AI expansion efforts, helping to source potential data center locations while staying informed on key market indicators and fluctuations. Our ideal candidate has a blend of real estate/data center knowledge and experience, strong negotiation skills, and a desire to join a growing organization!
