Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on data center operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of server platforms (x86), storage and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with cabling, power distribution, and cooling systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and vendor support processes.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking hardware.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs; coordinate RMAs.
- Monitor environmental conditions and respond to alerts.
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure expansion projects.
- Execute cabling, rack-and-stack, and physical installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, inventory, and changes.
- Participate in customer service and incident response.
- Assist with security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
