Align Communications is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling deployments and AI infrastructure projects across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires managing client expectations, vendors, and field teams, with travel around 50%. Opportunities include formal training, comprehensive benefits, and growth into senior program leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers and related infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and client expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide status updates.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
