Job summary

Align Communications is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling infrastructure deployments across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and deliver projects while collaborating with clients, field teams, vendors, and leadership.

The role requires strong PM skills and experience with AI infrastructure deployments. The position is full-time with a salary of $125,000–$150,000, full benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and potential relocation support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers or similar tech infra deployments.
• Experience managing multiple teams, vendors, locations, or concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management, scheduling, or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, project costs, and change orders.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure field work meets project requirements.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
