Job summary

Align Communications is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. The role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and overall project delivery.

You will work with clients, project teams, leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure deployments are safe, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in data centers or similar infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM/scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide status updates.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
