Qualifications

Skills

Understanding of installation practices for structured cabling systems

Knowledge of network and carrier circuit hardware

7+ years' experience in critical systems environments

Ability to monitor service ticket activity

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Strong communication skills

Analytical and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of facilities systems (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical)
