Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the data center sector. The role involves coordination of change requests, planning, scheduling, tracking expenses and maintaining documentation on site with clients and subcontractors.

You will assist in ensuring projects stay on track and within budget, preparing reports and resolving issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience on large-scale construction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick learning of systems.
• Commitment to communication, organization and leadership.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage subcontractor execution and project expectations.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track expenses and budgets.
• Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors and engineers.
• Support change requests and design issue resolutions.
• Monitor field and contract work for compliance.
• Oversee submittals and RFIs.
• Support early billing tracking.
