Job summary

Graycor Construction Company is seeking a Project Executive to lead a portion of business development and operations oversight for data center and mission critical projects. You will develop new and service existing clients, support estimating, oversee preconstruction and construction services, and monitor subcontractor relationships to ensure growth and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, local industrial warehouse sector preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant discipline required.
• Proven ability to develop new clients, close deals, and grow existing accounts.
• Experience managing preconstruction services and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and lead teams with professionalism and tact.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development and manage relationships from initial lead to closeout.
• Oversee preconstruction, including design, estimating, and project management.
• Develop major proposals and presentations to win business.
• Coordinate with Design Consultants, General Managers, and Estimating leadership.
• Coach and mentor project staff through regular check-ins and reviews.
• Monitor subcontractor relationships to meet client needs and milestones.
