Trinity Consultants' New York region seeks an experienced ICT Technical Lead to oversee outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) cabling for large-scale data center campus projects, including hyperscale developments. You will ensure design quality, on-time delivery, and lead engineers across multiple projects.

You will guide cross-discipline teams, translate client requirements into buildable designs, and drive BIM-based coordination to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; 8+ years ICT infrastructure design experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical authority for OSP/ISP pathways and cabling design.
• Lead development of standards for underground ducts, vaults, and campus distribution.
• Provide leadership for inside plant systems including cable trays and layouts.
• Review design packages for client standards, constructability, and scalability.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, BIM teams to resolve cross-discipline issues.
• Guide teams on hyperscale capacity, redundancy, and future expansion.
• Support client engagement and design reviews.
• Translate clientrequirements into buildable designs.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement.
