Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking an ICT Technical Lead in New York to provide management and design oversight for outside plant and inside plant systems on large data center campuses. The role emphasizes BIM-enabled design, cross-discipline collaboration, and scalable standards development.

You will lead engineers, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant project delivery across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive ICT infrastructure design leadership.
• Experience on large data center or campus projects.
• Knowledge of OSP/ISP pathways and cabling standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for OSP/ISP pathways and cabling design.
• Lead development of scalable standards for duct banks and distribution.
• Provide leadership for inside plant layouts and equipment arrangements.
• Review and approve design packages for constructability and scalability.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and BIM teams.
• Guide teams on hyperscale capacity, redundancy, and expansion.
• Support client engagement and design reviews.
• Translate client requirements into buildable designs.
