Job summary

DLB Associates is looking for a Senior Lead ICT Engineer to oversee ICT design activities for hyperscale data centers. This remote position requires collaboration with design staff and organizational leadership, ensuring innovative solutions are implemented effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ICT engineering design and advanced knowledge in relevant technologies. They will lead diverse teams and communicate effectively to ensure project success across all locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in ICT structured cabling design technologies and standards.
• Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced ICT design tasks and computations.
• Lead project teams for mission-critical projects.
• Develop proposals including project scope, schedule, and budget.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of fiber optic component, cabling and interconnect products

Experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit

Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
