A leading HVAC solutions provider is seeking a Customer Support Technician II. This role involves servicing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in data centers. Candidates should have a high school diploma, significant experience in HVAC servicing, and the ability to travel extensively. Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel ~85% of the time to various job sites for commissioning.
• Strong experience with HVAC servicing or similar electromechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Commission, repair, and service mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Review work orders and schematic diagrams to determine tasks.
• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
