A leading HVAC solutions provider is seeking a Service Technician for their Data Center service line. This role involves providing service and expertise on warranty-related issues, with about 85% travel required. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. In addition, excellent customer service abilities and proficiency in reading technical documents are essential. You will work closely with customers and collaborate with various teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Commission, repair, and service mechanical and electrical equipment associated with Data Center Cooling projects.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine necessary tasks.
• Provide superior customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
