Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled Building Engineer for an on-site role in Wilmer, TX. The candidate will maintain HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing systems, perform inspections, and support building operations to ensure safe and efficient facilities.

Required are 4+ years of technical building maintenance experience and EPA 608 certification; strong customer service skills and CMMS familiarity are preferred. On-site work with potential call-in duties and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Operate, inspect, and repair building equipment to ensure energy efficiency and uptime.
• Update work orders in CMMS and participate in safety meetings.
