Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician for our data center operations in Wilmer, TX. The role focuses on HVAC/R systems maintenance, inspections, and uptime in a high-demand facility.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, handle electrical and plumbing tasks, and document activities in CMMS while upholding safety standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical repair.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Operations: Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment; manage building grounds.
• Administrative: Update work order status in CMMS and participate in safety meetings.
