Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of commercial/industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry and related environments.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers and ammonia/hydrocarbon components.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to support branch activities and customer work.
• Pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Opportunity to enroll in training programs through the Service Technical Academy (STA) and pursue career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide clear problem statements, causes, and corrective actions to customers.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with Servicemen, Journeymen, and apprentices on-site and share on-the-job training.
