Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Mechanics to support light to heavy commercial projects in North America.

You will perform maintenance, repair and upgrades on complex systems, collaborating with journeymen and apprentices to ensure top-tier service and safety standards. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of troubleshooting experience, an EPA refrigerant license, and willingness to travel up to 20% for branch work.

Formación

• Member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL‑CIO.
• Eight years of commercial/industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC, petrochemical, or data center environments.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers and ammonia/hydrocarbon system components.
• Valid driver's license and relevant safety training certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Travel 10–20% to support branch customers and on-site service.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to ensure facility efficiency and upsell opportunities.
• Work with technicians and apprentices to train on the job.
