Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Project Manager for the Data Center portfolio in Austin, TX. You will lead complex mechanical projects, coordinate with customers, sales, field teams, and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in related projects. PMP is a plus. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in HVAC, data center, or mechanical project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of HVAC/data center projects from turnover to closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, and subcontractors.
• Monitor financial performance and project profitability.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
