Midea America Corp. is hiring for a role managing the full lifecycle of HVAC equipment projects in data centers across the region, including site surveys, installation supervision, commissioning, handover and ongoing maintenance.
You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage scope, schedule, costs and spare parts, respond to emergencies, ensure SLA compliance, and help develop delivery documents and equipment health reports.

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of HVAC equipment projects in this region's data centers, including site surveys for new projects, installation supervision, commissioning, acceptance, and handover. After the project handover, undertake the maintenance and repair business of the HVAC equipment to ensure a smooth transition from delivery to maintenance, including maintenance plans, inspections, maintenance, on-site services, extended warranty, and spare parts supply.
2. Serve as the unified interface for customer communication, regularly attend project meetings, coordinate between customers and internal resources, manage the progress, cost, and spare parts supply of delivery and maintenance projects, execute MOP/EOP operations, handle emergency response for equipment failures, and ensure SLA compliance.
3. Organize the team to regularly produce delivery documents, maintenance logs, and equipment health reports.
4. Identify opportunities for value-added services for customers, including energy-saving renovations, engineer training and certification, and additional maintenance purchases.
