The role requires coordinating with operations, design, construction, and other teams while managing internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should have a safety-related degree and 2+ years HS experience, with travel up to 25% and the ability to manage complex safety programs in data center or construction settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in safety or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in a health and safety role.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HS programs across DataBank facilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and update HS standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and incidents investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with sites to roll out EHS management system.
• Represent DataBank with regulatory agencies and maintain proper documentation.
