Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Data Centers in the West region. You will drive long-term value by building relationships with Tier 2–Edge data centers, leveraging CRM to manage contacts and projects, and coordinating with marketing for collateral and events.

You will conduct research, engage executives, attend industry events, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to advance opportunities, while managing travel and sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in business development or customer-facing roles in data center verticals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with data center decision-makers and specifiers.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, events, and partner meetings.
• Develop account plans, log interactions in CRM, and track opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to support growth.
• Create case studies and white papers highlighting data center expertise.
• Manage travel budgets and event sponsorships as needed.
