Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years electrical or mechanical or data center facilities experience
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Responsibilities

• Know and follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area
• Respond to customer requests with professionalism
• Travel to designated sites and perform field service repairs
• Advise the Generator Service Manager of parts needed for repairs
• Keep leadership apprised and assist in answering customer questions
• Document detailed descriptions of repair operations performed
• Accurately record time, expenses, and mileage
• Travel 80-90% of the time and work overtime/weekends/holidays as needed
• Lift up to 40 lbs frequently and wear PPE as required
