Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.

• Experience handling electrical generator systems and related engine mechanicals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical generator systems and related engine mechanical failures.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure exceptional customer experience and maximize data center availability.
• Provide technical expertise and act as primary customer support liaison on site.
