Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 1+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment for 24/7 reliability.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS).
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLA; perform PM and repairs.
• Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning within internal SLA.
• Technical writing to support change management; review and update procedures.
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring work aligns with practices and local legislation.
• Travel between data center locations as needed; shifts up to 12 hours; some sites with on-call rotations.
