Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to support monthly, quarterly reporting and annual profit planning for senior management and the parent company. You will collaborate with the FP&A team, finance managers, and leadership to deliver precise analyses and actionable insights.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, MBA desirable, and strong GAAP experience, with advanced Excel skills and experience in financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or related field with 5 years of related experience; MBA in Finance desirable.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for senior management and the parent company.
• Support annual profit plan development and external audits.
• Collaborate with Finance Managers, Controllers, and senior management to gather and analyze data.
• Assist in streamlining department processes and improving efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales teams to finalize monthly revenue figures.
• Analyze project risks and review provisions with Risk/Senior Management.
