Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; 5 years related experience
• MBA in Finance or related field desirable
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Supervisory or management of small team preferred
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and proforma/journal entries
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management and parent company including analysis of key operational and financial performance measures
• Prepare quarterly reports for parent company including current company risk, claims and other metrics
• Analyze project risks and set up provisions at headquarters level for review with Risk/Senior Management
• Collaborate with Financial Managers, Controllers and Senior Management to gather and analyze data for reports
• Streamline and improve department processes
• Provide input into annual profit plan development
• Support external audit team
• Prepare and review monthly write-down reports; analyze profit centers for write ups/downs
• Participate in month-end and year-end processes
• Coordinate with sales teams to finalize sales monthly
• Analyze and organize substantial data in short time
• Other duties as assigned
