Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for senior management and the parent company, supporting the annual profit plan and audits. The role reports to the Financial Manager, FP&A and is part of the Finance family.

Based in Denver, CO, the position emphasizes data analysis, risk assessment, and collaboration with Controllers and Sales teams to finalize monthly figures and drive profitability on critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of related experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• MBA in Finance or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management and parent company.
• Prepare quarterly reports for parent company with risk and metrics.
• Analyze project risks and provisions at headquarters level.
• Collaborate with Financial Managers, Controllers and Senior Management.
• Take active role in streamlining and improving department processes.
• Provide input into annual profit plan development.
• Provide support for external audit team.
• Prepare and review monthly write-down report; analyze profit centers.
• Participate in month-end and year-end processes including top down adjustments.
• Coordinate with sales teams to finalize sales monthly.
