Turner Construction Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and forecasting across the organization. This role collaborates with finance and business teams to provide accurate reporting, analyze performance, and assist with budgeting, forecasting and decision-making.

Responsibilities include generating recurring reports, monitoring budgets, forecasting cash flow, and supporting close activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, economics, business administration or related field and 2-5 years of related experience.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS.
• Ability to analyze financial operations and improve efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial systems with advanced Excel skills.
• Self-starter, adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Some travel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare recurring financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and operating expenses.
• Monitor project and business-unit financial performance.
• Report KPIs and variances; perform ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with procurement, vendor, and project-related financial analysis.
• Contribute to closing activities and reconciliation.
• Collaborate to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support internal controls and compliance tasks.
