Job summary

Turner Construction Co.'s Atlanta office seeks an experienced finance professional to provide quality financial services to profit centers, partnering with Financial Managers to support reporting, budgeting and analysis.

Responsibilities include month-end close, ad-hoc reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and audits with GAAP/IRS compliance. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3 years of related experience are required, along with advanced Excel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS.
• Ability to analyze, forecast, and prepare financial reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and review internal and external reports.
• Develop ad-hoc financial reports and analyses.
• Perform month-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Support year-end audits and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS.
• Maintain budgeting and forecasting tools for profit centers.
