Jacobs is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to support its rapidly growing Data Center practice. You will design fire protection systems for mission-critical facilities, ensure code compliance, and collaborate with clients, architects, and AHJs across multiple projects.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of fire protection engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Fire Protection Engineer for Data Center and Mission Critical projects.
- Provide fire protection system design, code analysis, and life safety engineering.
- Establish project design criteria, basis of design reports, and technical standards.
- Coordinate fire protection with multiple disciplines and with clients/AHJs.
- Develop suppression system concepts including water-based and clean agent systems.
- Perform hydraulic calculations for site fire water distribution and sprinklers.
