Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA.
• Licensed Fire Protection Engineer status or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee fire water service infrastructure, including water supply analysis and coordination with utilities and fire officials.
• Review concept designs and construction documents to verify NFPA, ICC and AHJ compliance.
• Prepare prescriptive and performance-based designs for building fire suppression, alarm, and detection systems.
