Job summary

STI is seeking a Financial Analyst to coordinate hardware procurement, order management, asset lifecycle tracking, and financial reconciliation for the Data Center Operations team. You will partner with data center services, finance, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, accurate tracking, and compliant reporting.

Hands-on ServiceNow, SharePoint, and asset management experience are essential. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement or IT operations, with strong vendor management skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, vendor management, or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong SharePoint administration skills.
• Experience with asset management systems and depreciation processes.
• Proven invoicing and procurement budgeting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and logging across multiple documents.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & order management: define hardware needs, prepare BOM, submit orders via toolsets, track approvals and delivery, manage vendor communications.
• Financial tracking: manage budgets, process and audit invoices, monthly reconciliations, and cost-recovery opportunities.
• Asset management: set up assets for depreciation, update asset database, respond to finance inquiries.
