Job summary

Oracle US seeks a senior financial leader to drive FP&A for Data Center Operations. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and cost management while leading a finance team across multiple locations.

You will partner with Data Center Operations leadership to deliver accurate analysis, optimize multi-million-dollar costs, and influence strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in technology or asset-intensive environments.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and cross-functional partnership with operations.
• Expertise in modeling CapEx/OpEx and P&L performance for large infra.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, capacity, power, cooling and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team supporting Data Center Operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting.
• Partner with leadership to drive cost optimization and financial insight.
• Develop financial policies and processes across multiple orgs/locations.
• Communicate insights to executives and influence operational decisions.
